COMING 2010-2011 EVENTS: WELCOME BACK GENERAL MEMBERSHIP  MEETING AND LUNCHEON: 

Monday, Sept 20, 2010; Theme:  Hawaiian Luau, Attire:  Hawaiian (Aloha) Dress

September 2010:  Casino Trip to Pala.

November 14th: CHOCOLATE!!!! Just in time for the holidays!! A CHOCOLATE Tasting Party!!!

Sunday 14 November 2010, At the Clubhouse 400 S. Broadway – Time: 3:00 PM,  SHARP

Come and enjoy a TRUE adult afternoon delight.

CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE and MORE CHOCOLATE - Eat, share and LOVE it.  CHOCOLATE-covered Cappuccino, Biscottini, CHOCOLATE-covered Cashews and Almonds, Mudslide CHOCOLATINI Mix and much, much more.  Even Sugar-free CHOCOLATES.  Taste and purchase!

Learn how to make  exciting and deliciously decadent desserts and unusual gifts.  Other refreshments will be served.  A fundraiser for the Woman’s Club of Redondo Beach.  DONATION……….$5.00

COMING UP:  Details on our fun and elegant fashion show.  Dates and times coming soon. 

February 2011 -  Future Plans are in the making for a new Woman's Club of Redondo Beach Fundraiser that is coming up, tentatively set for February.  It will be entertainment at its finest.  Stay tuned.   

 

First Friday in March 2011:      Annual Rummage Sale!  8:00am-2:00pm at our Historic Clubhouse where you will be able to come and  take advantage of amazing deals on household items, clothing, decor and so much more!  Visit this site later for further information on ways to donate/drop off items for sale. 

Third Monday in April  - Our Springtime Bazaar!  Plan to join us for lunch and the opportunity to pick up some wonderful items for your home and personal collection!  There will be a grand prize drawing (Details to be announced)  Drawing will take place following our luncheon.

Social Hour – 10:00am

Business Meeting – 11:00am

Luncheon Hour – 12-1:00pm  (cost: $11)

September 20th:   Welcome Back!  The woman's club would like to welcome back our existing as well as brand new members to kick off our 2010-2011 club year..  We will be serving lunch (Hawaiian Luau style).  
October 18th:   Membership Tea, Luncheon and Program - (Hat Contest!, Everyone can participate).
November 15th: Traditional Thanksgiving Luncheon and Program 
December 20th: Holiday Luncheon and Gift Exchange (Optional) - Program follows. 
January 17th:   Traditional Luncheon and Guest Speaker.
February 21st: Traditional Luncheon - Guest speaker.
March 21st: Traditional Luncheon with an Irish flavor.
April 18th: Traditional Luncheon and Springtime Bazaar!  Come find some amazing deals on household items and knickknacks.  (see: more information to the left of this page)
May 16th:  Annual Scholarship Luncheon.  Local high school seniors will be awarded college scholarships accordingly as our budget allows.  Their families will be invited to join us for lunch and an honorary program.
June 7th:  Transition..  Club will go dark for the summer.  Luncheons will resume in September 2011.
